TO ENTER SERVICE MODE
- Turn ON the set.
- Simultaneously Press and Hold the 'Menu' key on the side keypad of the TV, and,
- Press and Hold the 'Menu' key on the remote control for approximately 5 seconds.
- If the Customer Menu appears, continue to hold unit it disappears.
- The Service Md appears.
- It is possible, dependent upon the software version, a password may be required to enter the Service Menu. If a password is required, enter [0000].
