LC-60DS440U – SMPS SCHEMATIC – 60 inch LED LCD TV

60 inch LED LCD TV - LC60DS440U SMPS CIRCUIT DIAGRAM
EMI FILTER
CN101 AC power supply interface, F102 AC protection fuse on the circuit, the power supply board can be of between 90V to 264V
By alternating work, which CY101, CY102, CY103 is used to filter out high frequency noise part, and this part of the circuit can be prevented thunder Hammering, LX103, LX104, CX101, CX102 is used to filter out low frequency noise, RX101,, RX102, RX103 is used to discharge.

LED DRIVE
BD101 is a filter consisting of four diodes, used to convert AC to DC. CP110 & CP111 for filtering, FR102 is a fuse resistance, when the overload protection for the back of the circuit.  UP101 is a critical mode PWM controller with excellent energy-saving performance, the UCC28051 can provide timely adjust DC
The output voltage to achieve power factor correction, in the short-term voltage instability, this IC can be adjusted by keeping output steady, LP101, QP101, UP101 is this boost & PFC circuit in which the main part and is boosted to 385V.
UM102 is a current mode PWM controller with excellent energy-saving performance, it uses a high voltage direct current source to provide two half-wave Rectifier diodes, further provides lossless starting current starting circuit. INN801 detect MOSFET current from CS pins Detection When the CS pin exceeds 0.7V, so UM102 enters over-current mode and does not automatically resume until the OCP is lower than 0.85V.
UM102 control 12V output, UM103, LM101 for the step-down circuit and the output 5V.
UL101 (SSC9512S) is a double-ended controller series-resonant half-bridge topology. In these converters, switch QL101 & QL102 half-bridge are alternately turned on and off at exactly the same time.
UL101 (SSC9512S) controller IC, multi-resonant soft-switching half-bridge resonant zero current switching power supply, the floating driving
Road to the bridge MOSFET drivers. Soft-switching at all switching cycles. IC is suitable for high-performance power system is small, High efficiency, low noise, because for different power specifications, more effective and easier to design work function can be achieved, such as self-Dynamic dead-time adjustment, operation and detect uncontrollable and so effective.
UL101 UL101 square wave at the start of the operation pin 16 outputs driving QL101, the main current flows to GND bypasses the TL102,
QL101and CL113. UL101 then square wave output pin 11 to drive QL102, the main current flows to GND, through the current. The flow of change, on the other side of QL102, CL113 and TL102 shunt coil of TL102 will be induced current.
QL101 QL102 When turned on, the main current flow will be consumed by DL101, DL102, RL110 RL111, RL113 and RL114,Prevent QL101 & QL102 be damaged large inrush current and voltage spikes.
UD102 (RT6033) The RT6033 is a 4-channel 260 mA constant-current sink LED driver capable of driving four-channel constant power
Flow Switches Good complementary capabilities and extensive VF changes. RT6033 between the four channels respectively and the IC output current value is less than 3% difference
It provides four channels constant current switching. Through an external resistor (RD159, RD129, RD151, RD131, RD153, RD133,RD155, RD135) back to the RT6033 adjustable 5-260 mA constant current output. PIN7~ PIN14 by QD106,, QD108 QD110 QD112 ON / OFF control of backlight brightness LED, you can also adjust the PWM modulation via pin 5 10% to 100% of the output pulse width. Due to the constant current output differential output channels only 0.5V 260 mAh, which can support a wide Pan of VF. In addition, RT6033 provides dynamic headroom control (DHC) features that generate DC / DC control loop feedback signal and tune Section output voltage. RT6033 provides LED open / short circuit protection. If any channel has an open or short circuit condition occurs, this exception. Output channels will be turned off and the FAULT pin is pulled low. RT6033 also supports over-temperature protection (OTP). When OTP is triggered, the output channels will be turned off and the FAULT pin will be pulled low.
