You must have its original remote control to unlock the TV. There is a lock button, can be located on the third column from the left, and the second row from the top. Press this Lock button, aiming the remote control to TVs front panel.
aim the remote to TV and press the channel buttons to unlock the TV. If the TV is in locked mode it will show a black screen, and no command will be executed. If the screen remains black, understand that the TV is in locked position. Press the lock button on the remote control again. If this do not help you, replace the batteries on the remote with new ones and do as above.
