Service adjustments to these models can be performed by using the supplied remote commander RM-952.

METHOD OF WRITE INTO MEMORY
- Set to service mode.
- Press '1' (Up) and '4' (Dn), to select the adjustment.
- Press 'Muting" button to indicate'WRITE' on the screen.
- Press '0' button to write into memory.
MEMORY WRITE CONFIRMATION METHOD
- After adjustment, pull out the plug from AC outlet and re-plug it again.
- Turn the Power Switch ON, and set to Service Mode.
- Call the adjusted item/s again to confirm adjustments were made.
Use [1] & [4] buttons to select an adjustment item.
Use [4] & [6] buttons to raise/lower the data value to selected item.
Use [Muting] button to write.
Use [0] button to execute writing.
Other Function via Remote Control
[7]&[0] > All data becomes values in memory.
[8]&[0] > All user control goes to the standard state.
[5]&[0] > Service Data Initialization (Be sure not to use usually)
[2]&[0] > Copy and write all data.
[Mute] & [0] > Write 50Hz adjustment data to 60Hz and vice versa.

Adjustment Method: An example. [Horizontal shift]
- Select '00 HPS" with the '1' and '4' buttons.
- Raise or lower the data with [3] and [6] buttons.
- Select the optimum state. (the standard is (1F) for PAL reception.
- Write with the "Muting" button. (The display changes to 'WRITE')
- Execute the writing with the [0] button. (The 'WRITE' display will be changed to 'Red' color while executing, and back to 'SERVICE'.
{Use the same method for all items.}
When an error occurs, the standby/timer lamp will flash a set number of times to indicate the possible cause of the problem. If there is more than one error, the lamp will identify the first of the problem areas.
