Test the power of each chip with a good quality digital multimeter, to ground impedance and earth.
POWER CHECK AND MEASURE
Supply with getting Red Arrow point A|B|C|D that identification come out for power, image of board with the interface among having picture, it corresponding power make direction method separately among following pictures.

• In the following picture it is successively  1pin to 5pin of CN12 from left to right.  Among them, 1pin connects 6V & 3pin connect 12V, 2pin & 4pin connect power, 5pin is free.

In the following image, it is successively 1 to 11 pin of  CN-120 from left to right.  Among them, the second pin connects STB 5V and supplied the power of CPU U-38.  This voltage is directly provided  panel power board when turn on PDP.  This is the first reason for CPU normally working .  4pin is relay On signal output, 5pin connect D12V, 8&9pins connect 3.3V, 11pin connect D6V.  pin-1 is free, 3,6&7 pins are connected to ground.

In the following image, 1 to 7 pin of CN-123 from left to right, 1pin ACD signal output, 2pin Relay on signal output, 3pin connect STB 5V and this provide the power for CPU U38, this voltage is directly provided from panel power board when turn On PDP , and this is first reason for CPU normally working, 4pin connect to ground, 5pin connects to VS-ON signal output, 6pin connects 5V, 7pin is free.

In the following image, 1 to 7 pin of CN-122 from left to right, 1&2 pin connects to 9VSC, 3,7,8&9 pins connects to ground, 4,5&6 pins connects to 5VSC Power.
