Remove 3 screws in the T-Con shield, and remove the shield
Disconnect CN-1, CN-2, CN-4 & CN-5
UNLOCKING PROCEDURE OF CABLES.
To remove LVDS cables CN-1 & CN-2, press on the two tabs and slowly rock the cable out of the connector [shown below]
To remove the flex cables to the TFT panel, CN-1, CN-5, place a soft thin object like a fingernail underneath the back-locking tab and gently pull forward.
Flip the lock up and back from the flex cable and remove the flex cable.

Replace all screws after replacement.
