LIGHT ENGINE REMOVAL PROCEDURE
- Remove 3 screws from Filter Cover Holder.
Light Engine [Rear view]
- Remove fixing screws to remove the SLIDE-LOCK MATE.
- Remove 1 screw securing engine plate and base.
Remove 2 screws from Fan Plate and remove Fan Plate.
Disconnect all connectors.
Remove DVI cable and 2 connectors.
Remove wiring from 3 wiring clamps.
Remove 4 screws from the Lamp Fan
Remove 4 screws from Lamp Fan Bracket.
Loosen 2 screws to remove Ballast Cable.
Disconnect all connectors from Interface PWB and remove 2 screws from bracket.
Remove 4 screws from intake cover.
Remove 4 screws and separate Light Engine from the Engine Plate.
lift Light Engine from the Engine plate leaving the Lamp Duct Fan, Lamp Duct Intake and Ballast.
INSTALLATION
- Reverse the above steps.
- Copy White Balance Data to PWB-FMT
Adjust for Trapezoidal distortion, Rotation and Position Adjustments as necessary.
