Before troubleshooting, setup the PC's display as below.
- Resolution: 1024x768.
- H-Frequency: 48KHz.
- V-Frequency: 60Hz.
If no picture appears, make sure Power Cord is connected correctly.
Check the following circuits.
- No raster appears: SMPS PCB, Main PCB.
- 12V develop but no screen: Main PCB.
- 12V does not develop: SMPS PCB.
Push and Hold 'EXIT' button for more than 5 seconds, the monitor will return to the factory reset.
TROUBLESHOOTING CHART.
NO POWER
