SYMPTOM

1. The LEDs on the front panel do not work when connecting the power cord.
2. The SMPS relays does not work when connecting the Power Cord.
3. The unit appears to be dead.

CHECK POINTS

The IP relay or the LEDs on the front panel does not work when connecting the power cord, if the cables improperly connected or the Main Board or SMPS is not functioning.  In this case, check the following.

1. Check the internal cable connection status inside the unit.
2. Check the fuses of each part.
3. Check the output voltage of SMPS.
4. Replace the Main Board.

FAULT DIAGNOSIS

Lamp off, power indicator LED red color?	No	Check a connection a power cable.
Yes
Does proper DC 13V appear at Pin 1, 3, 13, 15, 17 of CN210_N22?	No	Change a ass’y PCB power.
Yes
Does proper DC A3.3V appear at BD215?	No	Check a IC201.  Change a main PCB ass’y.
Yes
Does proper DC 3.3V, 1.1 appear at BD216, BD201?	No	Check IC203, IC204 Change Main PCB ass’y.
Yes
A power is supplied to set?	No	Check a other function.  No picture part.  Replace a LCD panel.

NO VIDEO.  ANALOG PC SIGNAL

• Audio is normal, but no picture is displayed on screen.

1. Check the PC source.
2. Check the SETD-10 (SX1)
3. This may happen when the LVDS cable connecting the main board and the panel is disconnected.

DIAGNOSIS

Power indicator is off.  Lamp on, no video
Yes
Check a PC source and check the connection of DSUB cable?	No	Input an analog PC and connected cable [DPMS]
Yes
Does the signal appear at BD909, BD910, BD911 (R,G,B)?	No	Pc cable.  Change the PC cable.  Change Main PCB ass’y.
Yes
Does the digital data appear at the output of LVDS signal?	No	Check IC1102. Change Main PCB ass’y.
Yes
Check LVDS cable?  Repalce LCD panel	No	Contact tech support.
