Thermostatic circuit breaker removal
AC Power at 120V wall current flows through the thermostatic circuit breaker. So be careful to unplug the AC cord from the wall socket, before proceed.
Remove two self tapping screws securing the thermostatic circuit breaker to the top of lamp frame housing. A good thermostatic circuit breaker should mesure 'Zero' ohms resistance, and bad breaker will measure as open. The temperature cutoff is at 150 degree C and 302 Degree F. The circuit breaker monitors the lamp temperature. The action cuts off AC from the set and main processor was never turned off.
The LED blinking code for Thermal Shut down is, a Blinking Red LED, 3 seconds, and 3 seconds Off. The Green LED will be Off.
