ALKATEL OT-708 _ RESET _ UNLOCK_ PROCEDURE

RESET

• Make sure your battery is a full of charge.
• Hold down Q# + power on/off key at same time for about five seconds to reset the mobile phone.
•  Hold down VOLUME UP key + POWER key at same time, then press VOLUME UP key to reset.
• Contacts, photos, messages and files, downloaded applications, Java games will be lost permanently.

UNLOCK METHOD

Do not enter any wrong unlock unlock codes on your Alcatel OT-708 One Touch MINI mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.

• Switch ON your Alcatel OT-708 One Touch MINI with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
• When the message "Enter Network Key" appears, enter the Unlock Code.
• NOT ACCEPTED : Mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Alcatel OT-708 One Touch MINI is locked to.

OR

• Switch ON your Alcatel OT-708 One Touch MINI WITHOUT SIM Card,
• Then compose : *#0000*CODE#,
• To finish compose : *#0001*CODE#.
