Standard Repair Process:  Video error - No video/Normal audio - No video/ audio. - Video lag/stop. - Power supply regulator board-pin voltages.

You should have the “Adjust remote control” to do any change to data settings.  With user remote control, it is not possible to do it.  You can buy an adjust remote control from the authorized service center for LG.  It is advised not to adjust any data values; without knowing about what are you going to do.  Only proceed, if you’re confident about you can do it successfully.

ADJUST REMOTE CONTROL

NO VIDEO_NORMAL AUDIO

Entry method (To adjust parameters) : To check the White Balance value.

1. Press the ADJ button on the remote controller for adjustment.

2. Enter into White Balance of item 6.

3. After recording the R, G, B (GAIN, Cut) value of Color Temp (Cool/Medium/Warm), re-enter the value after replacing the MAIN BOARD.

NO VIDEO & AUDIO (In other-words, the set is dead, no Power LED glow at front panel)

Power Board fault.(Voltage measuring method_ Check the DC 24V, 12V, 3.5V.)

VIDEO ERROR (Video lag/stop)

TUNER input signal strength checking method:  MENU >  Support > Signal test > Select channel.

When the signal is strong, use the attenuator (-10dB, -15dB, -20dB etc.)
