• Place the TV face down on cushioned table.  Remove the stand screws from the stand and remove the stand.

• Lift up rear cover and remove the stand

• Remove the left and right speaker

• Remove screw from the stand bracket and lift up the stand bracket.

• Remove 3 screws from panel.

• Disconnect cables from the boards.

• Remove screws and lift up the load panel.

• Remove screws on the panel
