Remove the back cover, then remove the 10 screws as shown below.
Disconnect the HD PCB, the side AV PCB, the key PCB, the IR PCB, the Scalar PCB & Power PCB
Remove the Main Shield Assembly
a. Remove 16 screws on the back side,
b. Remove the 2 screws on the bottom side.
c. Remove 2 screws on the tops side.
d. disconnect the Main Shield Assembley.
LCD panel: In warranty, it is not allowed to dis-assembly the LCD panel, even to replace the back light unit.
The replacement of the back light unit is a correct way when the defect is caused by back light CCFL lamps.

Remove Stand
Remove the three screws
Remove the 7 screws on the sides and the other two scres.
Use "I" type screwdriver to open the four clicks on the bottom side.
Use thin "I" type screwdriver to open three clicks on the right side
Use thin "I" type screwdriver to open three clicks on the right side.
Use thin "I" type screwdriver to open four clicks on the topRemove the back cover, then remove the 10 screws as shown below.
Remove the scalar and Power Board. Remove 19 screws and disconnect 9 cables.
a. Remove 16 screws on the back side,
b. Remove the 2 screws on the bottom side.
c. Remove 2 screws on the tops side.
d. disconnect the Main Shield Assembley.
The replacement of the back light unit is a correct way when the defect is caused by back light CCFL lamps.
