BLACKBERRY CURVE - 8330 _ RESET PROCEDURE

SOFT RESET

If you want to wipe all previous personal data, contacts, settings, etc. do the following:

• Go to Options and select Security Options
• Select General Settings
• Hit menu key and select Wipe Handheld and click continue.
• BB 8330 asking for a code, type “blackberry”
• Now the Blackberry 8330 curve is ready and back to factory state.

HARD RESET

• Press the silver eject button on the Blackberry curve battery cover.
• Slide the cover downward, toward the silver button, to take off the cover and expose the battery and take the battery out of the BB.
• Reinsert the battery and reinstall the battery bay cover.
• Press the phone’s “Power” button to finish the reset.
