SONY BRAVIA - KDL-32CX525 - KDL-40CX525 - KDL-46CX525 [BRAZIL] - DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE

DISASSEMBLY

• Remove 3 screws [A] from Table-Top Stand Assembly.
• Lift up TV set to detach from Table-Top Stand Assembly.
• Gently place the LCD TV set face down onto a soft cloth.

• Remove screws from Rear Cover

 [10] from KDL-32CX525/40CX525 Only

 [12] from KDL-46CX525 Only

• Remove 1 screw [B] from Terminal Area position
• Remove 3 screws from Rear Cover
• Remove 2 screws from Rear Cover
• Remove 1 screw and release clips from AC Cover to detach from Rear Cover
• Gently lift up Rear Cover form bottom side to detach from Bezel.

POWER BOARD REMOVAL

• Remove screws from G2A/G2B/G3 Board

 2 from G2A Board (KDL-32CX525 Only)

 3 from G2B Board (KDL-40CX525 Only)

 5 from G3 Board (KDL-46CX525 Only)

• Disconnect 3 connectors from G2A/G2B/G3 Board
• Lift up AC Power Cord to detach from LCD Panel
• Lift up Switch Unit and disconnect 1 connector to detach from Bezel
• Slide-out right side Speaker to detach from Bezel
• Slide-out left side Speaker to detach from Bezel
• Release 2 clips to detach Side Bracket from BATV Board
• Remove screws from Bottom Frame to detach from LCD Panel

 4 from KDL-32CX525 Only

 3 from KDL-32CX525 Only

• Remove 2 screws from Bottom Frame to detach from Bezel.
