Laser Diode in the optical Device is very sensitive to Surge Current or Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).  After take-out FMO-24 Flexible cable from CN103 of MV-044 board immediately ground FMO-24 Flexible cable pattern using short clip. Metal paper clip can be used as short clip.
