DISASSEMBLING THE CLAMP BASE UNIT
Remove the two screws

Clamper weight, Clamper yoke, Magnet & Clamper

Release the 3 tabs on the Clamper

DISASSEMBLE THE TRANSVERSE UNIT

Disconnect the 2 flexible cables.

THE STEPPING MOTOR UNIT
Disconnect the flexible cable and remove the two screws.

PICKUP UNIT
Remove the screw.
Release the tab.
Remove the guide shaft

NUT UNIT DISASSEMBLE
The nut unit is not the part of optical pick-up.  Before replacing the optical pick-up remove the nut unit for use with the new optical pick-up.  
After installation use screw lock to lock the screw in position.
When re-assembling, use the screw lock to lock the screw in position after attaching it.

ASSEMBLING THE OPTICAL PICK-UP
Install the optical pick-up. [Take care not to attach the tilt spring and guide shaft in wrong order.
Insert the pick-up FPC into connector FP5201 on the module PCB.

Remove the solder from the pick-up FPC's solder-short circuit.
Adjust the optical pick-up tilt after removing the solder.

THE SPINDLE MOTOR DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE
Remove three screws.  Be sure to adjust the optical pick-up tilt after replacing the spindle motor unit.
