LG and Philips 26 inch LCD panel TVs T'Con board faults and reasons - Line fault, Rainbow colors

LG and Philips LCD TVs - T’Con board problems - LC260W01-A5 (6870C-0011D) - LC260WX2 (6870C-0036D) - LC260WX2-SLB3 (6870C-0079C) 
LG and Philips  T'Con Board: LC260W01-A5 (6870C-0011D)
LCD: 26 inches Panel
voltage input = 12V
* U2= EL53241REZ. If this IC fails, the TV will have No Display or Abnormal Color problem.
* UC1= TL2223PC. If this IC fails, the TV will have No Display,  Screen full of Vertical Lines/Bars or Display Distortion.
* If DC-DC circuit PCB Board fails (If this small PCB malfunctions), the TV will have No Display.

LCD: 26 inches Panel
voltage  input = 12V

U7 is a SDRAM memory IC. If this IC fails, the TV will have No Display or Display Distortion problem.
U1= R8A00011FT. If this IC fails, the TV will have No Display or Rainbow Display on the Screen.
U2= LPL1544. If this IC fails, the TV sill have No Display.
US1= LM2716MT power management IC. If this IC fails, the TV will have No Display.

LCD: 26 inches Panel
voltage input= 12V

U10= EPM3064A. If this IC fails, the TV will have No Display.
2) U6 is a SDRAM memory IC. If this IC fails, the TV will have No Display or Display Distortion problem.
3) UC1= TL22710D. If this IC fails, the TV will have No Display, Display Distortion or Rainbow Display..
4) U9= TPS65160 power management IC (DC-DC circuit IC). If this IC fails the TV will have No Display.
