Remove the [3] screws to remove the stand.

Remove [9] screws to remove the rear cover.

Remove the [2] screws to remove the bkt-vesa

Release the connectors

Remove speakers

Remove Main Board, Power Board.

Remove BKT-PCB - holder and BKT-panel-support

Release IR board

Remove the bezel

Remove [4] screws to release the panel

Alignment method
Feed 720P, TVBar 100 pattern

1. Select 'Source' and component.
2. Set Smart Picture as"User" and to be contrast = 50[TBD] (CMO), Brightness = 50 [TBD] (CMO), at normal Menu Mode.
3. Apply TV bar pattern as said above, by a pattern generator.
4. Press "Menu > 2 > 3 > 4" then enter Factory Mode.
