SERVICE MODE [FACTORY MODE]
Turn OFF the monitor.
[Push the Menu and (+) buttons at the same time and hold it + [press the Power button until comes out Windows screen] => then release all buttons.
Press the Menu button bring up factory mode indication as shown below.

It is not necessary to repair circuit board. Simply replace LCD panel.
