TO REPLACE A FLAT PACKAGE IC
* Temporary fix Flat Package IC by soldering on marked 2
pins. The most important matter is
accurate setting of IC to corresponding soldering foil.
* Apply flux for all pins of Flat Package IC.
* Solder employing specified solder to direction of the arrow,
as sliding the soldering iron.
MODIFICATION PROCEDURE OF BRIDGE
Re-solder slightly on bridging portion.
Remove remained solder pins employing soldering iron as
shown.
{Do not overheat the terminals of the IC. Do the soldering process as quick as possible & be sure a good solder points as well. A point type soldering iron bit will be the best to do this work.}
