No Power Fault
NOT ON - HBTV-32D06 – SOURCE
Product that lights the standby LED (the on / off switch),
but by pressing the PWR button (on off) does not turn on the LCD panel
illumination.
Note: If the product has no antenna and no line, will give the
impression that not called. So must use another TV as a screen (in the AV
AUX output.).
In PLATE SOURCE open circle in the following points (C781
and C783)
Open circuit the capacitors (LCD power line).
