Disassembly of Upper and Lower Body
> Open Dust Cover & remove Dust Bag.
> Release Dust Cover from Hanger.
> Release Dust Cover from Hanger.
> Remove 2 screws from the Front Side of the body.
> Release 2 catches using Philip Screwdriver.
> Remove Body Cover.
> Remove Body Cover.
> Take out the filter.
> Release 4 catches using Philips screwdriver to take out the Cord
Rewind Pedal and Switch Pedal.
> Remove 4 screws from back side of body.
> Lift up Upper Body.
> Lift up Upper Body.
> Remove Upper Body from Lower Body.
Disassembly of Motor Case Set
> Remove the on/off switch.
> Position the Cord Reel Unit as shown diagram .
> Release Printed Circuit Board (PCB) from catches.
> Take out the Fuse.
> Disassembly of Fan Motor Unit
> Lift up Fan Motor Unit from the lower body.
> Take out the Silicon Cloth.
> Disconnect 2 Wire Terminals.
> Remove Motor Support Rubber and Motor Support Rubbers.
Disassembly of Rail Base Unit
> Insert a slotted screwdriver into the shaft of the Cord Reel Unit
and turning it 90° anti-clockwise.
> Remove the Cord Reel Unit from the Rail Base Unit.
To assemble
Step 1 Assemble in reverse order of the disassembly.
Step 2 Pretension the Cord Reel Unit.
* Turn the Cord Reel Unit holding on the plug
* Number of turns for pretension of the Cord is engraved on the steel at the side of Cord Reel Unit.
Step 1 Assemble in reverse order of the disassembly.
Step 2 Pretension the Cord Reel Unit.
* Turn the Cord Reel Unit holding on the plug
* Number of turns for pretension of the Cord is engraved on the steel at the side of Cord Reel Unit.
