HOW TO DISASSEMBLE SAMSUNG Omnia SGH i900 GSM Phone

DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE

* UNSCREW 4 REAR Points.

* Separate the REAR cover 1. Separate the rear case using a disassemble tool following indicated direction.

* Separate the REAR cover-2.   Separate the REAR using a disassemble tool following indicated direction.

* Lift the REAR from the FRONT Ass`y.   Separate the REAR from the FRONT Ass`y with care.

* UNSCREW PBA 2 Points.

* Separate GPS CONNECTOR.   Separate GPS Connector from the PBA Connector with great care. (Be careful not to damage FPCB & nearby chipsets.)

* Separate Main FPCB CONNECTOR.  Separate Main FPCB Connector from the PBA Connector with great care. (Be careful not to damage FPCB & nearby chipsets.)

* Separate LCD FPCB CONNECTOR.   Separate LCD FPCB Connector from the PBA Connector with great care. (Be careful not to damage FPCB & nearby chipsets.)

* Separate VOLUME KEY FPCB.  Separate Volume Key from PBA. (Be careful not to damage 

 VOLUME KEY FPCB)

* Separate TSP FPCB.  Separate TSP FPCB from PBA not to tear FPCB with great care.

* Separate OJ (Optical Joystick) KEY FPCB.  Separate OJ KEY with great care not to tear OJKEY FPCB.

* Remove Bracket Sheet.  Remove Bracket sheet with great care not to damage GPS wire & MAIN FPCB.

* Separate SPK Bracket. Lift SPK Bracket from FRONT Ass`y.

* UNSCREW FRONT 2 Points.

* Separate FRONT.  Separate FRONT from FRONT Ass`y following indicated direction.

* Separate Key Pad.  Separate Key Pad from FRONT Ass`y.

* Separate OJ (Optical Joystic) KEY FPCB. Separate FPCB from FRONT Ass`y using guide hole.

* Separate TSP Module.  Separate TSP Module from PBA with care.

* Separate LCD from TSP.  Separate LCD from TSP with great care not to damage TSP.

Reverse the processes to re-assemble.
