Pull the
cover release latch toward the back of the computer.
Pivot the
cover away from the computer and then remove the cover.

Battery.
The memory
module shroud has been removed to increase visibility to the following procedure.
Use a small
screw driver or a scribe to push the coin-cell release tab.
Remove the
coin-cell battery from the computer.
