If you have the original remote control, press "Zero" key on the remote control, and "Vol DN" button on the front panel of the TV, at the same time. The set will be unlocked, and new can set a new password.
If you have't the original remote:
Disconnect the set from AC mains socket, and wait for at least 5 minutes, so that the internal clock to stop.
Using "Volume DN" button on the front panel , adjust the volume to minimum.
Press down "Volume DN" button, and "Zero" digit button on the remote control handset simoultaneously, for at least 10 seconds.
The "User Menu"will appear.
To enter a new password, press "Enter Key" on the remote control; and enter your new password.
