HOW TO ENTER SERVICE MODE TO MITSUBISHI [WD-52525 _ WD-52725 _ WD-52825 _ WD-62525 _ WD-62725 _ WD-62825]



There are 5 service adjustments required to do with this TV.

 Two electrical adjustments, and Three mechanical adjustments.
Circuit Adjustment Mode
The circuit adjustment mode is used only for:
* Test Signal Activation.
** Horizontal Centering.
*** Vertical Centering.

Activating Circuit Adjsutment Mode [Service Mode]

* Press the "TV MENU" button on the remote control handset. the customer Menu screen will appear.
** Press digit buttons in the order [2-4-5-7].  The screen will turn to adjustment mode.
Test Signal Activation

When in the circutit adjsutment mode, press "Rewind" once on the remote control.

This test pattern is used for both electrical and mechanical adjustments.
 Use "Audio" button to select the functions. 
To adjsut the data value to the selected item, press [UP & DOWN] cursor buttons.
Press "Enter" to wirite the adjusted data to memory.  The color of the display characters will change to Red. If you do not press the "Enter" button, the changed data won't be saved to memory.
To Exit from service mode, press "Home" button or "Menu" button twice.
Resetting data to factory mode.
* Enter service adjustment mode, as described above. [Press TV Menu 2-4-5-7].
** Press [0] button on the remote.  Three choises will appear on the screen.

 [1] COPY LIGHT ENGINE EEPROM TO DM
[2] RESTORE BACKUP.
[3] UPLOAD TERMINAL BOARD DATA.

The first option should be selected, after replacing light engine or electrical chasis.
The second option should be selected, resets service mode data to back to Factory set values. [Use this feature if service adjustment data has been corrupted, or improper adjustments has done with it]
The third feature uploads white balance data from PWB-SIGNAL [do not select this option.  It is used for depot level service only]
