Find the code to your TV from the remotes' user guide. If you do not have the user guide, Google for it with its model number and brand name. Search for PDF files. You can download it from internet.
Press TV button on the remote and hold down this button until VCR; Aux or Sat LED lights up.
Release the TV button, and the LED starts to blink.
Enter the code using keypad. If your remote control is a multifunction one, enter the code and press the # key. The TV button should flash three times. Press the Power button on the TVs front panel to turn OFF the TV. Turn the TV ON again.
If the entered code is correct, the TV will turn OFF and ON. If this does not happen, try an other code.
Press and release the "Power" button on the remote control. Press the arrow UP key and stop.
If TV doesn't turn OFF, continue press arrow UP button again and again, until the tV turns OFF.
Keep timing of about 20 seconds between each press of the arrow UP key, to see if the code works; before pressing the arrow key again.
