SAMSUNG OMINA 7 _ RESET PROCEDURE






SOFT RESET

A standard reset is sometimes known as a soft reset.
A normal reset stops all of running applications however does not remove any kind of applications or stored data.
Extreme caution be sure to save any kind of unsaved data prior to performing a normal reset because a normal reset erases all unsaved data.
In order to execute a soft reset:
If your device is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold for 10-15 seconds.
The device will reboot automatically


HARD RESET


The full reset is usually known to as a hard reset.
Execute a full reset when you need to clear all settings, programs and information from RAM.

Warning: in case you start a full reset, your Samsung Omnia 7 returns to its default settings and looses all information that isn’t saved in ROM.

To start a hard reset:

In Menu mode, select Settings -> about -> reset your phone -> yes -> yes.
