There are two methods. The first one is:
- Press ‘Menu’
- Press ‘Right’ button [center circle]
- Press ‘DN’ button [center circle]
- Check whether the volume is lock is ON. There will be only one line.
- If it is ON, make it ‘OFF”. It should be ‘OFF’
- Press ‘Right’ button to make if OFF.
Another method is:
- Go to ‘Sound’ menu to your TV.
- Select ‘Volume Lock’
- Press ‘Zoom’ and ‘Vol’ buttons on the remote simultaneously.
- Volume will be unlocked.
