- Remove 15 screws. (RED ) : BH,+,B,M4,L3,ZPC(BLK)
- Remove 4 screws. (BLUE ) : PH,+,WSP,S,M4,L35,ZPC(BLK
- Remove the 2 Hex nuts for the PC input. (GR ) : #4-40,L6,NI PLT,C3601,
- Remove the Cover Rear
- Lay the PDP unit face down on a soft surface when removing the stand.
SEPARATION OF ASSY PCB MISC-MAIN
- Detach all connectors from the Main Board.
- Remove 4 screws.: PH,+,WWP,M3,L8,NI PLT
- Remove the Main Board.
SEPARATION OF EMI-FILTER AT AC LINE
- Detach connector from Main SMPS.
- Remove 2 screws. (RED ) : PH,+,WWP,M3,L8,NI PLT
- Remove a screw. (BLUE ): BH,+,S,M4,L10,ZPC(BLK)
- Remove FILTER-EMI AC LINE
BRACKET REMOVAL
- Remove a screw.: BH,+,S,M4,L10,ZPC(BLK)
- Remove the BRACKET-PCB
ASSY BRACKET REMOVAL[42"]
- Remove 4 screws. (RED ) : BH,+,S,M4,L10,ZPC(BLK)
- Remove 2 screws. (BLUE ) : BH,+,B,M4,L3,ZPC(BLK)
- Remove Bracket.

- Remove 4 screws. (RED ) : BH,+,S,M4,L10,ZPC(BLK)
