Back cover removal
- Remove 24 screws (A) from the back cover ((21 screws on 40” models).
- Pull the back cover from the TV.
52" MODELS [ LT-52133 - LT-52144 - LT-52244 ]
STAND REMOVAL
- Lay the unit face down on a soft non-scratching surface.
- Remove 4 screws (B)
- Pull the stand from the bottom of the unit.
WALL MOUNTING BRACKETS REMOVAL
- Remove 8 screws (D) (4 on 52” models).
- Lift the mounting brackets from the unit.
CHASSIS & STAND HOLDER REMOVAL
- Remove 6 screws (A).
- Remove two screws (B). (40 & 46 inch models only)
- Unplug all inter-connecting cables and lift the chassis from the unit.
- Remove screws (c).
- Lift the stand holder from the unit.
PWB-DM COVER REMOVAL
- Remove screws (F) to remove the LVDS Cover.
- Remove screws (E) to remove the DM-COVER and EARTH PLATE.
- Lift the PWB-DM Cover from the unit.
PWBs - POWER, SIGNAL & DM REMOVAL
- PWB-POWER remove (10) screws (D).
- PWB-SIGNAL remove 6 screws (C).
- PWB-DM remove 3 screws (A) from the end bracket and service connector cover, and screws (B) from the PWB-DM.
NOTE: Additional disassembly required in LT-52244
LT-46144, LT-46244, LT-52144 & LT-52244 PWB-DM Removal
- Remove 4 screws (C) to remove the shield top.
- Remove 3 screws (A) from the end support plate.
- Remove 12 screws from the PWB-DM
- Carefully lift the PWB-DM from the unit.
PWB-DM End Support Plate Removal
- Remove two hex nuts (G).
- Remove 5 screws (H) from the end support plate.
- Pull the support plate away from the DM.
