AMSTARD - 20M3 SERVICE MODE DESIGN MODE

TO ENTER SERVICE MODE

• Press "Menu" key on the remote control.
• Enter digits [6 => 4 => 8 => 3] by remote control.
• "M" will appear on the screen.
• Press digits [1 => 2 => 3 => 4].  Set will enter into 'Service Mode'.
• To call an item to adjust, use [Prog + / Prog -] button by remote control.
• To adjust the data value to selected item, use [Vol Up / Vol Dn] key by remote control.
• To "Exit"service mode, press "Standby" key by remote control.

TO ENTER DESIGN MODE

1. Press "Menu" key on the remote control.
2. Enter digits [6 => 4 => 8 => 3] by remote control.
3. "M" will appear on screen.
4. Press digit '5' by remote control.
5. Press "Lock" key on the remote control.  Set will enter to design mode.
6. To call an item to adjust, use [CH + / CH -] keys by remote control
7. To adjust the data value to selected item, use [Vol + / Vol-] keys by remote control.
8. To "Exit' design mode, press "Standby" key on the remote control.

WHITE BALANCE ADJUSTMENT [In Field]

• Select R, G, B cut-off parameter in "Menu-3" of Service Mode, and adjust these parameters.  Standard settings to these parameters are; RD=32, GD=32, BD=32.
• Select 'RGB' Drive parameters RB, GB in "Menu-3" and adjust this parameter.  Default settings to these parameters are RB=32, G=32.
• Select 'Sub-Brightness' (SB) in 'Menu-3" and adjust to get proper white balance.  The default value of SB=40.

SCREEN ADJUSTMENT

1. Select (SC) in Service Menu-3.
2. Increase the value of "SC" by using channel up key, so that a thin white line will be visible across the screen.
3. Adjust the Screen Intensity by varying the Screen-Pot of FBT, until a thin horizontal line is just visible.  Do this adjustment in a closed room where no ambient light falls on to the screen.
