TOSHIBA 14JL7E 20JL7E 20JL7R SERVICE MODE - ADJUSTMENTS

 TO ENTER SERVICE MODE
  1. Press the "mute" button once on the remote control.
  2. Press the "Mute" button again to delete the 'Mute' mark on the screen.
  3. Hold Down "Mute" button, while pressing the 'Input' button on the "TV" while to enter the TV service mode.  
  4. The service menu setting will be appeared as follows:

INITIALIZING MEMORY IC
  • Enter the service mode.
  • Hold down the 'Call' button on the remote control, and select [D] (Design mode), with Ch up | Ch Dn button.  
  • Holding Down the "Call" button on the remote control and 'Ch Up' on the TV simultaneously powers the TV ON and OFF.  This [a] initializes [b] registers the data.
NB:  NEVER TRY TO PERFORM INITIALIZATION UNLESS CHANGED THE MEMORY IC
