TO ENTER SERVICE MODE
- Press the 'Volume Down" button on the TV, till volume is set to minimum [0].
- Press and Hold the 'Volume Dn' button on the TV set, and press 'Display' button on the remote control.
- "S" will be displayed on the top right hand corner of the CRT, indicating that the set isn now in Service Mode.
- To "Exit" service mode, press "Standby" button on the remote control.
WHITE BALANCE ADJUSTMENT
Press [1] button on the remote control for the white balance menu
Functions available, and typical settings to this function are
- RCUT => 62 = Red cutoff
- GCUT => 2F = Green cutoff
- BCUT => 1C = Blue cutoff
- GDRV => 4B = Green drive
- BDRV => 40 = Blue drive
Select the functions using 'Prog" keys. The data values can be changed with 'Vol' keys.
GEOMETRY AND LINEARITY ADJUSTMENTS.
Press [2] on the remote control for the geometry menu.

- HPOS [PAL] => 11 = Horizontal position
- VP50 [PAL] => 05 = Vertical position
- HIT [PAL] => 17 = Vertical height
- HPS [NTSC] => 02 = Horizontal position
- VP60 [NTSC] => 03 = Vertical position
- HITS [NTSC] => FD = Vertical height
Press [0] on the remote control for the linearity menu.

- VSC => 06 = Vertical 'S' correction
