MITSUBISHI LT3280D LT3780D Troubleshooting LED blinkings

Connect the Power Plug and turn ON the main Power switch [front switch or remote switch].


Is Power LED lighting or blinking?
No
Is the power plug connected to the wall outlet correctly?

No
Connect the power plug correctly.



Yes
Is all harness on board is connected correctly?

No
Connect all harness correctly.



Yes
Is 24V output available at the lead of L9B1?

No
PCBA-Power is out of order.



Yes
Is S3.3V output available at the cathode of D9G8?
No
Is F9G4 broken?
No
IC9B1 or peripheral circuit is out of order.





Yes
PD harness is removed after F9G4 is repaired.  Connect the power plug again.  Is the S3.3V output available at the cathode of D9G8?






Yes
Pcba-Main is out of order

No
Is the AC_Off output available at 10 pin of PE?
No
PC9A4 or peripheral circuit is out of order.





Yes
IC700 or peripheal circuit is out of order. [Pcba-main]
















In case of the Power LED blinking 1 time within a cycle

CN-1 & CN-2 harness are removed.  Connect the Power Plug again and turn ON the Main Power Switch.  Is Power LED blinking?
No
The inverter circuit of the LCD-Panel is out of order.





Yes
Pcba-Power-Sub1 is out of order (only LT-3780D)
Pcba-Power-Sub 2 is out of order. (only LT-3280D)




Power LED blinks 2 times

Confirm the following fuses.

Is the voltage of 4.5V, AMOVCC[17V], P5V (Only 3280D) and 18V (Only 3780D) output available?
Yes
PD and PE harness are connected after the power plug is removed.  Is the voltaic of 4.5V and 18V output available?
Yes
The circuit of LCD panel is out of order



No
Pcba-Main is out of order.
