PANASONIC TC26LX20 TC32LX20 TC22LR30 primary Power Supply Check




PRIMARY POWER SUPPLY CHECK
     Is Standby Voltage at TP-7015 have [7V]?  If not, check Fuse [F7001, F7002 & IC7005].  
     If OK, check AC_ON signal at TP7003 - {0.7V}.  If not good, check the Power on the Switch On the 'K' board and the connection between [PK-1 & PAP-1]  If OK, confirm the protect circuit on AP board is working.  D824 should  measure 7V.  If OK, check the main controller IC1106 on the 'DG' board. 
     Check the voltage at TP7013 '14V'.  if not good, repair the Sub-power circuit on the 'P' board. 
     If OK, check the [120V_ON_ACT] signal at Pin-14 of PP4.  It should measure ~[0V].  If not good, check the voltage at Pin-43 on connector PAP-2 [~0V].  If not good, confirm IC1106 on Circuit board 'DG'.  If Ok, confirm the DC-DC On/Off circuit on the 'AP' board is functioning well.
     If there is [120V_On_ACT] signal, check the voltage at TP-7106 [15V].  If not good, repair or replace main Power Circuit or Main Power Board.  If 'OK' make sure that Main Power 'P' board appears to be working properly.
   Go to troubleshoot to Secondary power supply.
