All the three front panel LED blinking is the most common fault. It can be caused by Defective Lamp, Defective Color Wheel, Fan Failure or due to other defective components.
- Check whether the Color Wheel run. If it does not run, replace Color Wheel Assembly. If Not Good, replace DMD board.
- The Color Wheel runs, and the Lamp is On with No Video. In this case, check the connector CN-103 on the Digital Board. If it is found OK, DMD board should be checked and repalced.
- Color wheel runs, lamp On.
- The Lamp does com ON, then shuts Off.
- Check 220-280V DC to lamp ballast. Measure this voltage at [CN-1] with a DC meter.
- If it is not good, Replace Power Board. If it is OK;
- Re-Install Lamp Assembly. If not good;
- Check Pin-2 of [CN504-Lamp enable] on DMD board for 5V P-P. If not good, Repalce DMD board. If OK, Replace Lamp Assembly or Ballast.
Lamp come On, and shuts Off.
- Check [0V] at CN-504 [lamplitz] pin-5 on DMD board. If found OK, Replace DMD board. If not good, Replace Ballast or Lamp Assembly.
