BLINKING TEMPERATURE LED
ACTUATOR BOARD.

1. Check temperature sensor connector [CN-106] on actuator board for any loose contact.  Unplug it and replug it for two times.  If it is found OK;
2. Install a Jumper across Temperature Sensor Terminals.  
3. If blinking stops, replace Tempertature Sensor.  It is faulty.
4. Still blinking occurs, Replace Actuator Board.
