TO ENTER SERVICE MODE [ REMOVE CONTROLS - RM-Y180_RM-Y181 ]
- Set the TV to 'Standby'. {After Main power ON; press power button on the remote control to set the TV to standby}
- Press [display => Channel 5 => Volume(+) => Power] in sequence, without allowing display off time. Do as fast as you can.
ADJUSTMENTS IN SERVICE MODE
- Press digit buttons [1] or [2] on the remote control to call an item to adjust.
- Press digit buttons [3] or [6] on the remote control to adjust the data value to selected item.
- Press [Muting] and then [Enter] buttons to write the adjusted data into memory.
WHITE BALANCE SETTINGS.
- Set the palette in "Standard" and then press "Enter".
- Enter a sign of white.
- Enter the Service Mode.
- Set the levels of 'Picture' and 'Bright' to minimum [0].
- If necessary, adjust 'sub-bright'/
- Set R-CUT to (14).
- Select G-CUT and B_CUT to 3:05.
- Set [1] & [4] above pressing for a better white balance.
- Set "Picture Bright " to maximum level
- Select GDRV, BDRV using 'a' and '4'.
- Adjust using '3' and '6' for better white balance.
- Grave data in memory using '3' and then '5'.
- Repeat the steps above to get satisfactory white balance for both lo-light and hi-light.
