Place the TV face down. Remove 10 screws from the Rear cover. Remove four screws from Grip on the stand.
Remove 3 screws from the back cover.
Remove screws from the shield cover, and disconnect cables.
Remove screws from the boards and lift up the boards.
Remove two screws from side jack and remove screws from BTKR.
Remove 4 screws from the side-BRKT.
Reassembly procedures are in the reverse order of dis-assembly procedures, place the Lamp Wire correctly in the locator groove so that the wire will not bind or interfere with near cover.
