TO ENTER SERVICE MODE
- Power On the TV.
- Push {Mute => Sleep =>Pic.Mode =>Menu => Info (Enter)} in sequence by remote control.
- There are 7 options to select and adjust in the Service Menu.
- Calibration, Option Table, Color control, Device adjustment, Heatrun, Version & Reset.
- Select one to adjust.
- Select the 7th option "Reset", and press "Enter" to make the set to Factory Default.
THE METHOD OF FIRMWARE UPDATE.
- Remove AC power cord from PDP for Power Off.
- Connect the serial cable with PC and TV. Connect the D-Sub Conn of cable of Main FW update being provided to PC. Connect 3.5mm jack to PDP-TV.
- Move to "Firmware Folder" in PC.
- Run "Flashexpress_logo.exe" in PC.
- Select the 'Folder' which contains firware flashexpress.
- Select the port of the PC, and speed of communication.
- Select installing "inf file".
- Select "WARE3_boot.inf" at this time.
- Connect Power Cord, push 'Flash' button.
- Connect Power cord of the TV.
- Updating firmware is done completely.
- Disconnect the update cable.
- The Power of the TV can be On according to above Options at this time.
