BACK COVER REMOVAL
Remove all screws marked here, and lift the back cover from the TV. Make sure that wires and flat coils are not damaged while lifting the rear cover from the set.
SPEAKER REMOVAL
Remove the four screws marked here, and lift the whole unit from the back cover. Take the speakers up together with their casting. When defective, replace the whole unit.
IR & LED BOARD REMOVAL
Unplug the two connectors. Use a flat screw driver to release the clip by push in the indicated direction. Lift the board, and take it out. When defective, replace the whole unit.
KEYBOARD REMOVAL
Unplug the board connector from the IR & LED. Remove two screws. Lift the unit and take it out. When defective, replace the whole unit.
DISPLAY SUPPLY PANEL REMOVAL
Unplug connectors. Remove the fixation screws marked, and be careful not to twist the earth strap. Take the board out.
SMALL SIGNAL BOARD [SSB] REMOVAL
It is mandatory to remount all the different screws at their original position during re-assembly. Failure to do so may result in damaging the SSB.
Unplug the LVDS connector. Be careful, as this cable is very fragile. Unplug all the other connectors. The SSB can now be taken out of the set, together with the front shield and the side cover. To remove the shield remove the screws and lift it off. Do the same to remove the side cover. Pull the cover sidewards from the SSB.
