HOW TO SET MEM channel
- To set MEM channel you can reference to chroma -7120 user guide is simple use "SC" key and 'Next' key to modify x,y,Y value and use "ID" key to modify the text description. Following is the procedure to do white balance adjust.
- Press Number key {100 => 9 => 9 => 9} to get into Factory Mode, and the OSD will be shown in the screen, then select 'More' function will enter into Bias and Gain adjustments
ADC adjustment.
- AL -> Auto Level adjust for PC mode.
- ALY -> Auto Level adjust for YUV mode.
- RG,GG,BB ->R,G,B gain adjustment.
- RB,GB,BB -> R,G,B bias adjustment.
SCALER adjsutment.
- CO, BR -> Contrast and Brightness adjust.
- RG,GG,BG -> R,G,B gain adjust.
- RB,GB,BB -> R,G,B bias adjust.
- S9,S6,ST,SH -> Save 9300, 6500, TV/AV/S-VIDEO /480i, Component 480P color temperature.
- R9, R6, RT, RH -> Recall 9300, 6500, TV/AV/S-VIDEO/480i, Component 480P color temperature.
- CC -> Set Close Caption On \ Off.
- WH -> Set Wireless headphone On \ Off.
- PP -> Set PIP on \ Off
- BI -> Setup Burn-in Mode On\Off.
- ISP -> Set ISP On\Off.
- SR PP -> Set SRS On \ Off.
- EX -> Exit more function to factory Mode Menu.
PRESS NUMBER KEY 100 > 9 > 9 > 1 INTO ENGINEER MODE.
PRESS 'MENU' KEY REPEAT TO 'ADC' PAGE, THEN SELECT "EPrint" AND PRESS ( -> ) ARROW TO INITIALIZE EEPROM
PRESS NUMBER KEY {100 > 9 > 9 > 9} TO ENTER INTO FACTORY MODE.
DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE
Lay the TV on a flat soft & clean surface
Remove the hinge cover
Remove 6 screws
Push the clip as arrowheads.
Remove 6 screws and remove the back cover.
Remove 6 screws and remove the chin
Remove the shield after removing the marked screws [total 6 screws]
Remove 4 screws and disconnect the wire harnesses, and remove the Main board.
Remove six screws and disconnect the wire harness, and remove the Power Board.
Remove 14 screws to remove main frame.
Remove 16 screws [the left and right two speakers], and remove the speaker and bezek.
Remove 4 screws to remove panel
Remove four screws too to remove the panel.
