- Loosen 4 screws marked, and pull out the interface module to right side, and pull upwards
- Loosen 5 screws, and loosen the Tuner Nut.
- Loosen 4 screws and take apart AV cover metal and Interface Board.
STAND MODULE REMOVAL
- Loosen 7 screws and take apart Stand Module
- Loosen 7 screws and take apart the stand cover and stand support metal
BACK COVER REMOVAL
- Loosen 11 screws and take apart back cover of the TV
SYSTEM BOARD REMOVAL
- Loosen 8 screws, the screw locations are around the shielding, every side has 2 screws and loosen 1 screw, and take apart the shielding
- Pull out all the wires, loosen 4 screws and take apart the System Board.
KEYPAD BOARD REMOVAL
- Loosen 5 screws and take off all the connectors.
SPEAKER REMOVAL
- Pull out speaker wire with system board connector, and directly take apart the speaker.
POWER MODULE REMOVAL
- Pull out the power wires with panel inverter connector and system board connector.
LCD MODULE disassemly
- Loosen 10 screws
- Loosen 4 screws marked in circles and another 4 by rectangles.
- Take off the system board and power supply before, can take apart the panel.
- Pull out LVDS wire and Power wire and take apart the panel module.
