BenQ LCD TV SU-4231 - DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE
DISASSEMBLY
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 4 screws and
dismantle push bottom (No 1-4 Screws Size = T4*10; Torgue = 12+/-1KGF*CM)
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 6screws and
dismantle stand.(No 1-6 Screws Size = M5*8; Torgue= 12+/-1KGF*CM)
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 20 screws and
dismantle rear bezel
- Screws Size (1-14)= T4*10; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Screws Size (15-20)= M6*10; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 6 screws and
dismantle key function board
- Unplug P900 connector
- Screws Size (1-6)= M3*6; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 8 screws and
dismantle rear bottom cover
- Screws Size (1-4)= M4*8; Torgue = 7+/-1KGF*CM)
- Screws Size (5-8)= T4*10; Torgue = 7+/-1KGF*CM
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 8 screws and
dismantle speaker
- Unplug the speaker line
- Screws Size (1-8)= T4*10; Torgue = 7+/-1KGF*CM)
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 20 screws
- Screws Size (1-12)= T4*10; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Screws Size (13-20)= M4*8; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 15 screws Unplug
side board connector
- Screws Size (1-9)= M4*8; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Screws Size (10-13)= T4*10; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Screws Size (14-15)= M3*6; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 11 screws Use
a hex screwdriver to screw the number 12-13 screws Unplug tuner line
- Screws Size (1-9)= M3*8; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Screws Size (10-11)= M3*8; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Screws Size (12-13)= M3*6; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 9 screws
- Unplug CN2A3 and CN2B3 connector
- Screws Size (1-9)= M4*8; Torgue = 7+/-1KGF*CM)
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 6 screws
- Screws Size (1-6)= M4*8; Torgue = 7+/-1KGF*CM)
- Unplug all of the connector in main board.
- Unplug all of the connector in power board.
- Use a cross-head driver to unscrew number 1 to 6 screws
- Screws Size (1-5)= M3*6; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
- Screws Size (6)= M4*8; Torgue = 9+/-1KGF*CM)
