DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE
- Remove screw T4*12 20pcs from Back cover
- Remove screw M4*22-B(BNI+Washer+spring) 4 pcs from Stand cover
- Take back cover and Stand cover ,stand from TV
- Remove screw M4*22-B(BNI+Washer+spring) 6 pcs from Stand BKT
- Take Stand BKT 2 pcs from Panel BKT R, Panel BKT L
- Remove NUT(A) *2 from EMI Shielding
- Remove T3*6 screw (B) *7 from EMI Shielding
- Remove M3*5 screw *1 from EMI shielding
- Remove screw M3*5 14 pcs from EMI shielding
- Take shielding from chassis.
PANEL DISASSEMBLE
- Remove screw T4*12 16 pcs from Panel BKT R, Panel BKT L,Clamp AUO-R/L. Clamp AUO-D.
- Remove screw M4*6 8 pcs from Panel BKT R, Panel BKT L.
- Remove screw M3*5 1 pcs from Cable (key+ IR-MB)
- Remove Inv-Power cable from L-inverter and inv-Power from R inverter, LVDS cable from Panel, Speaker cable from R,L Speaker , Cable (key+ IR-MB) from MB
- Take all chassis from Panel and take Panel from front cover.
POWER BOARD DISASSEMBLY
- Remove all cable from Power board
- Remove screw M3*5 7 PCS from Power board
- Remove M4*6 3 pcs from power board and Grounding cable
NB/IO BOARD DISASSEMBLY
- Remove all cable from MB
- Remove screw M3*5 10 PCS from MB and Tuner Board
- Remove M3*5 1 pcs from Cable (IR+KEY-MB)
- Take MB and Tuner board from PCBA tray.
IR BOARD DISASSEMBLY
- Remove cable IR+KEY-MB from IR board
- Remove screw T3*6 2 PCS from MB and Tuner Board
- Take IR board from front cover.
KEYBOARD DISASSEMBLY
- Remove cable IR+KEY-MB from KEY board
- Remove screw T3*63 PCS from Key board
- Take key board from front cover.
SPEAKER DISASSEMBLY
- Remove cable R,L speaker cable from R,L speaker
- Remove screw T3*12 8 PCS from R,L speaker
- Take R,L speaker from front cover.
