COLOR WHEEL INDEX, DMD CONTRAST & BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT @ RGB SOURCE
- Switch Timing to '1024x768 @ 60Hz'
- Turn ON the OSD screen, and into the "Lamp Hour reset Page"
- Press {Enter => Enter => Up => Down => Left => Right}
- In the Service Mode.
- Switch to the Pattern 48 "Gray Scale"
- Select "CW INDEX DELAY TIME" The adjustment range is (0 ~ 719)
- Switch the Pattern 47 "Gray scale". Fine tune, until gray scale still distinct. Decrease the color to minimum. Then switch pattern 48 "32 Gray Scale", tune of G, B channel, check the smooth in brighter level of R 32 ramp. If not, fine tune "CW INDEX" delay time until R 32 ramp smooth.
- Brightness and Contrast need to measure with RGB source.

COLOR BOARDER ADJUSTMENT
- Adjust the hexagonal screw in order to right and left side color boarder disappeared. {Enable just disappearing of left side color boarder in the full white pattern}
Adjust the hexagonal screw in order to Up and Down side color boarder disappeared. By the color boarder is margin value on the down side of full white pattern. {Enable just disappearing of the down side color boarder in the full white pattern}
- Adjust Lamp Module angle to set the maximum brightness measured by CL200
- Loose the fixed screw, CL200 is putted on the left corner of the screen ; when full set is putted upside down; to adjust the screw get the highest luminance value then fix the screw.
