Panel may show the color faulty in the part of the screen. 
EX:  Gren color stop.

Faulty video amplifier IC, in lot defect.  [Problem during production]
Ref: IC9002, IC9003, IC9004.  Replace these three ICs at one time.
Location: On 'D' board.
